Pedro assured me we’d get a driver for my vehicle in spite of my tight time frame, and he came through at $350 less than the competition. The driver, Eddie, was flexible, friendly, meticulous, and experienced. The car arrived on the designated day with only normal road dust. He took great care of “my baby”! Would 100% recommend and use again.

This was my first time using an auto transport. Upon submitting a transport quote on-line, my phone rang for the next week with brokers, many of whom used aggressive sales pitches and techniques. I went with Jesus from Auto Movers USA because he was the first to call, which meant he wanted my business, but he was not pushy. He was honest and stayed in contact with me the entire time. He replied immediately to my email questions and was great to work with. I trusted him with my car, and he did not disappoint. I would use Auto Movers USA again.

We had to move a vehicle from Idaho to Texas. Jesus Perez with Auto Movers USA was extremely responsive and helpful during the process. He did what he said he would do. We had absolutely no issues. The vehicle was picked up promptly and was delivered within the window of time estimated. We would use Auto Movers USA again, should the need arise. Happy Customer!

I’ve used them twice to ship my cars from New York to Florida. My cars arrived with no damage. Mr. Perez keeps you updated and he stays in constant contact. He always responds back quickly if you email text or call. I would define recommend them and use them in the future.

No delays they delivered the car within the expected time frame.
Driver was courteous and no damage to the car.

All enquiries were responsive if not immediate but not very late.

After being bombarded by tons of transport companies, Jesus and his team made our decision an easy one! They were professional, on-time and communicated along the way! Joe, the driver, was great and not only on-time, but text & called to keep us updated on delivery. We would recommend in a heartbeat!.

Our experience with Auto Movers USA was just wonderful from start to finish! Jesus was so professional, so nice to deal with and did exactly what he promised – by far the first time that has ever happened to us in the 3 or 4 years we have shipped our cars from FL to NY! So, as good as he was in the office, Paul, the driver was in the field! He came when he said he would come(also a first for us!) and delivered both cars to our driveway just when he said he would!. The whole transaction was just amazing to us and we will definitely use them again and tell all our friends, too! Wish there was a 6 STAR rating, because these guys deserve one!

Having had car shipments cross country before, I expected this shipment to take 7-10 days. I was amazed at how quickly I received my car through AMUSA (only 4 days!). Car came almost as clean as I had given it to the driver (driving through midwest means it will get a bit dirty of course). Felt at ease with the care and ability of them to coordinate with my landlord to drop off the vehicle on time. If only I had not had a 3 hour delay on my flight to NY I could easily say this whole process went through perfectly! Definitely recommend!
